How to Shop
The item selection and payment process is conducted and
concluded in English only.
Select the item(s) you would like to purchase by
clicking on the 'add to shopping basket' button on every
product description.
You will see the item displayed in the shopping basket.
If you wish to order more than one of each product,
change the number displayed in the 'Quantity' box
alongside each item and select the recalculate option.
You can either then continue to add more items to your
shopping basket by selecting the 'back to shopping'
option or 'proceed to the checkout'.
At the checkout stage you will be asked to select a
payment method. If you select either of the visa or
mastercard payment options you will be directed to the
payment screen to enter your card details. Your order
is not placed until you select the submit option. At
this point you will be issued with a reference number
which you should note and use for future use.
If you select any of the remaining options to pay by
cheque, opt to phone to organise payment or request a
call back, you will be directed to a screen with further
instructions and will be issued with a reference number
which you should note and use for future use.
Ceramica D'Arte accepts Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit Cards
only. Currently Ceramica D'Arte are unable to accept
American Express, Switch, Solo or Electron cards.
Payment can also be made by cheque. Please send the
cheque with your address and cheque card number on the
back to Ceramica D'Arte Limited, 12a Birkbeck Road,
Finchley, London N12 8DZ.
Delivery and Returns Policy
What is the timeframe from order through to delivery?
All the ceramic products are made in Italy. Due to the
unique nature of these high quality ceramics, only a
small stock of the smaller items are maintained in the
UK. Products are largely made to order, hand painted by
the artists in Sicily to the highest quality and using
traditional glazing and firing techniques. As a result,
the time from order to delivery may take up to 8 weeks,
although we will always aim to reduce this timeframe as
far as possible. If you require a product to be
delivered within a shorter timeframe, please call us to
discuss your requirements and we will made every
endeavour to accommodate your request.
How much will I be charged for delivery of my products?
There is no charge for deliveries made within the UK
mainland. Deliveries for orders outside the UK mainland
will be subject to an additional delivery charge, to be
notified at the time of order.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on
delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or
a full refund upon receipt of the goods in their
original condition. We will collect these items free of
charge. Returned items must be packaged so as not to
incur damage or additional damage during transit. In
the case of damaged goods, please return all original
packaging (for insurance purposes).
Our returns and refunds policy
If you are unhappy for any reason with the order you
have received from Ceramica D’Arte Ltd, or the goods are
unsuitable, please let us know within 14 days of
delivery and we will collect your order at no cost and
refund the cost of your goods, less, where applicable,
any deposit paid. This policy does not apply to items
specially commissioned, unless the items are faulty or
damaged in any way.
Refunds will be credited directly to the same credit
card used when placing the order or for cheque payments,
a cheque will be raised. All refunds will be made
within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.

How to return items
In the event you wish to return any of our products:
Call 020 8446 6274 (calls are charged at a national
rate) and advise us that you wish to return your goods.
If no-one is available to take your call an answer
machine service will be available. Please ensure that
you leave clear contact details.
We will arrange for the goods to be collected from your
delivery address within two weeks of notification |
